Gallagher Reinsurance Achievement Programme (REACH)
Our Gallagher Reinsurance Achievement Programme (REACH) provides a 2-year, tailored development journey, with the aim of accelerating your career from Day 1. This programme is unique in the industry, where you will be mentored, work closely with senior stakeholders and work towards achieving an industry recognised professional qualification (Chartered Insurance Institute and/or Actuarial, depending on your career path).
During the programme you will have the opportunity to work closely with your mentor and subject matter experts, making a difference early in your career. Your development will include a multitude of technical insurance and reinsurance models as well as a wider curriculum of professional, financial and client-facing skills training.
The programme will give you everything you need to know about the industry as part of one of the largest global reinsurance broking and advisory firms, plus the opportunity to network with colleagues and clients around the world.
