Gallagher Rise is a early talent development initiative sponsored by Gallagher Benefit Services UK. It blends in-person and virtual learning with mentorship, networking and hands-on experience to help early-career professionals thrive.

Educational requirements

A minimum GCSE grade 4 (or equivalent) in English and Maths

Desired skills and qualifications:

  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships at all levels of the business

  • Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

  • Desire and drive to take on early responsibility
