If you’re just starting out, INVEST is more than a training program. It’s a guided journey into the world of claims.

Choose your Path

Guidance Pathway

The Guidance Pathway is your entry into the claims world. You'll learn how to handle workers' comp medical-only or auto property damage claims.

Duration: 3 months

Location: Virtual

Guardian Pathway

The Guardian Pathway will teach you how to handle complex claims in workers’ comp indemnity or general liability/auto bodily injury.

Duration: 9 months

Your Recruitment Journey

We know applying for a new opportunity can feel overwhelming. That’s why we’ve designed a process to help you feel confident every step of the way. After each stage, our recruiters will follow up with timely updates*.

  • Recruiter Phone Screen (30 min): A conversation to learn more about you and share what INVEST is all about.

  • LSET Virtual Interview (30 min): Connect with the lead trainers of the program to gain further insight about the role and discuss how your background aligns.

  • Claims Operations Virtual Interview (30 min): Connect with leaders from the INVEST program. We’ll explore how your skills and experiences align with the day-to-day work in claims.

  • EVP Virtual Interview (15 min): A brief conversation with the senior leader overseeing the line of business you’re interviewing for. This is your chance to share your passion and show why you’re ready to grow.

    *Progression through all steps of the interview process is not guaranteed.
