What will your day look like?

No two days are the same. As a Client Service Manager Trainee, you’ll be immersed in a dynamic environment where you will:

  • Collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional service to clients

  • Create and manage key documents, certificates, and reports using cutting-edge tools

  • Support new business applications and nurture client relationships through regular communication

  • Contribute to marketing efforts by preparing high-quality request for proposal responses

  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, escalating when needed

  • Participate in engaging seminars and training sessions to build your industry expertise

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for curious, driven individuals ready to grow with us. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • A high school diploma or GED (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a knack for learning new tech

  • A passion for helping others and solving problems

  • Successfully obtain your Property & Casualty license within 90 days of your start date
