What is the Guardian Pathway?

The Guardian Pathway is ideal for candidates with passion for helping people, problem-solving, and driving progress. You'll start as a Guardian Associate handling more complex claims such as lost-time workers' compensation and general liability.

Ideal for candidates with:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred. Candidates possessing a Bachelor’s degree will receive preferential treatment. Others with proven experience will be considered.

  • Strong communication and attention to detail

  • Leadership experience in clubs, sports, or community roles

What you’ll learn

We don’t just train you, we invest in you.

You’ll gain real-world experience during 9 months in complex claims and will learn with a progressive learning model: Educate, Sandbox, Demonstrate.

Claims grow in complexity and volume as your confidence builds.

Introduction to GB culture, insurance fundamentals, and claims lifecycle. Hands-on practice in a simulated environment, followed by supervised handling of low-complexity claims.

Formal survey, continued sandbox practice, and licensing exam completion.

Shift from Guidance claims to receiving 1–2 indemnity files weekly. Focus on core behavioral and strategic skills.

Graded simulations and educational audits. Gradual introduction of Takeover Claims.

Consistent performance (ROSCO ≥ 80%) and final oral exam involving a live negotiation.
