When I first joined Gallagher Bassett, I’ll be honest, I didn’t know what claims were or even what Workers’ Compensation meant. I started my journey here as a temporary employee back in 2001, officially joined in 2002, and although I stepped away for a short time, I found my way back, and I’ve proudly been here since 2015. What I did know, even in those early days, was that I wanted a career built on growth, support, and purpose.
