Gallagher Service Center (GSC) LLP was founded over a decade ago, on the cornerstones of quality, innovation, and teamwork. GSC supports various divisions of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., by providing a wide range of services to Gallagher’s businesses and customers around the globe. GSC is a crucial component of Gallagher’s ability to provide industry-leading quality, customer service, regulatory compliance, and improve speed to market. We combine functional expertise, industry knowledge and technology, with a passion for excellence, to deliver mission-critical services for our global staff.

Parivartana – Our Parivartana initiative, young aspirants from tier two city colleges are mentored by experts handpicked from the industry. Building a bridge between the corporate, colleges and the students, the Parivartana initiative equips students with crucial expertise like communication skills, corporate etiquette and time management as they start their careers.
Donation Drives – We raise awareness and fund raise for a variety of causes that make a difference within our communities.
Across our company we offer continuing education opportunities and tuition reimbursement. We offer:
New Hire & Process Training – imparting fundamental domain knowledge & process knowledge to new hires that would enable them to do their work better & meet all required KRA’s & performance criteria.
Organizational Development – building of competencies, attitudes & harnessing employee potential for professional growth.
Knowledge Management – enabling employees to take up exams with different certifying institutes to gain further depth in the core Insurance domain.
Content Development – developing online learning material, thereby making quality content accessible for the GSC employees.
