What is the Guidance Pathway?

The Guidance Pathway is your entry into the world of claims. You’ll start as a Guidance Associate, helping move claims forward and supporting stakeholders. You’ll learn the systems, the language, and the impact of claims work step by step.

Ideal for candidates with:

  • Some college or an associate’s degree

  • 2+ years of work experience

  • Strong communication and attention to detail

  • Leadership experience in clubs, sports, or community roles

What you’ll learn

We don’t just train you, we invest in you.

You’ll gain real-world experience during 3 months and will learn how to manage claims with empathy and accuracy, communication and negotiation techniques, insurance fundamentals and systems, workflow management and stakeholder support.

Introduction to GB culture, insurance fundamentals, and claims lifecycle. Hands-on practice in a simulated environment, followed by supervised handling of low-complexity claims.

Licensing exam prep and educational audits with feedback. By Week 8, participants begin receiving 2–3 new claims daily.

Gradual introduction of Takeover Claims. Continued educational audits to reinforce learning and readiness.
