Being actively involved in CSR activities has been one of the most fulfilling parts of my journey at Gallagher. It brings me joy, perspective, and a deep sense of purpose. Every time I volunteer, I feel more connected, not just to the community, but to something bigger than myself.

My greatest motivation stems from the opportunity to experience and spread positivity
There’s something incredibly powerful about bringing a smile to someone’s face. Gallagher Gives Back isn’t just about supporting NGOs; it’s about reconnecting with what really matters. It’s a humble realization that what may seem ordinary to us could mean the world to someone else. That perspective has changed how I live, work, and lead.

What I Cherish Most

In those moments, there are no barriers, no distinctions of race, religion, or status. What I love most is unity. People come together, driven by compassion and a shared purpose. It’s humanity at its best, and it reminds me of the strength we have when we act as one.

A Moment I’ll Never Forget

In 2023, we visited KarunaShaya, a hospice for cancer patients. One gentleman, in his sixties, approached me with a peaceful smile and gave me his blessings. Despite knowing that his days were limited, he radiated gratitude. That moment changed me. It reminded me that giving back isn’t just about what we offer, it’s about what we receive in return.

These experiences inspire me to continue this journey of service with even greater passion and commitment. I’m proud to be part of a company that not only encourages giving back but makes it part of who we are.
