What stands out most in my time at Strata Solicitors, a Gallagher Bassett Company, is how strongly the business invests in development, training and clear progression pathways. From the structure of the Progression Programme to the ongoing support from my team, I always feel encouraged to move forward.

Learning Through a Structured Progression Programme

I work as a Trainee Solicitor within Strata Solicitors. This role has given me hands on experience across key areas, including drafting court documents, working with third party insurers and solicitors, settling files, and advising clients on the best way forward.

What makes this role so valuable is how intentionally it builds capability. Every task contributes to developing the technical skills, confidence and judgement needed to progress.

One of the biggest milestones in my career so far has been securing a training contract. This was a significant step towards my goal of qualifying as a Solicitor. Working within the Progression Programme was instrumental in reaching this point. The exposure, training and responsibility prepared me for the opportunity and made the next step feel achievable.
