When I think about what makes me grateful to be part of Gallagher, one word comes to mind: impact. Knowing that the company cares about initiatives that create a positive difference in people’s lives, especially children, is incredibly meaningful. It reminds me that what we do goes beyond business; it touches communities.

A Moment That Stayed with Me

One of the most memorable moments during a recent volunteering event was something simple yet powerful: handing out hot dogs to the kids. When they saw what we were serving, their eyes lit up with joy. That reaction taught me a valuable lesson, to appreciate the little things and embrace humility and gratitude. Sometimes, the smallest gestures can create the biggest smiles.

Building Connections That Matter

Gallagher Gives Back isn’t just about helping others; it’s also about bringing us together. During the event, I met colleagues from different areas of the company and even worked side by side with my manager. Seeing everyone united with one goal, to make the day special for those children, was inspiring. It strengthened bonds and reminded me of the power of teamwork.

Why I Volunteer

What motivates me most is knowing that I can create a positive impact on someone’s life. That’s what drives me to keep showing up. I’m proud that Gallagher supports these efforts and is even working on creating a dedicated volunteer committee. This means more opportunities to give back and touch more lives in the future, and I’m excited to be part of that journey.
