- Manage and oversee financial lines claims, ensuring efficient and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with underwriters, brokers, and clients to provide expert advice and guidance on complex claims matters.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support claims decisions and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance claims handling processes and customer satisfaction.
- Utilise strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and drive successful outcomes
To be successful in this role, we are seeking either a qualified lawyer or someone with experience and / or interest in the management of Financial Lines claims. You will:
- Have some experience in the management of Claims or litigation;
- Have a basic understanding of insurance products and markets
