Overview
Gallagher Insurance Brokers is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Property & Casualty department as the Director of Client Solutions. This position is based in our Jamaica operations and reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Group Operations, with a dotted line to the Area Vice President. The Director will play a pivotal role in executing operational targets to support sales and ensure regulatory compliance across the business.
How you'll make an impact
· Delivering Business Transformation and Operational Efficiencies
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and enhance workflow models, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows
- Anticipate operational challenges and provide innovative solutions to ensure client service excellence.
· Support Sales Leaders and Account Executives
- Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team, including one-on-one meetings as necessary.
- Develop and monitor action plans for team members, fostering a culture of operational
- Support recruitment, development, and training initiatives to enhance team
· Manage and Support the Business’ Property & Casualty Portfolio
- Ensure accurate booking of policies and manage specific client accounts as
- Collaborate with the Area Vice President to manage insurer relationships and secure favourable rates.
- Work with regional colleagues to leverage our regional
· Leverage Technology and Work with Gallagher Centre of Excellence (GCoE)
- Manage the relationship with GCoE to enhance client service and process
- Ensure broking processes support sales tools like Gallagher Drive and Core
- Prepare reports to support business leadership in monitoring performance and
· Document Management and Communication
- Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of documents, both hard and soft
- Handle telephone calls and queries, directing them to appropriate team members as

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any
- 5+ years of client service and/or insurance-related
- Property & Casualty Insurance Certification (CIP, ACII, or equivalent).
