Gallagher Insurance Brokers is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Property & Casualty department as the Director of Client Solutions. This position is based in our Jamaica operations and reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Group Operations, with a dotted line to the Area Vice President. The Director will play a pivotal role in executing operational targets to support sales and ensure regulatory compliance across the business.

·        Delivering Business Transformation and Operational Efficiencies

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and enhance workflow models, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows
• Anticipate operational challenges and provide innovative solutions to ensure client service excellence.

·        Support Sales Leaders and Account Executives

• Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team, including one-on-one meetings as necessary.
• Develop and monitor action plans for team members, fostering a culture of operational
• Support recruitment, development, and training initiatives to enhance team

·        Manage and Support the Business’ Property & Casualty Portfolio

• Ensure accurate booking of policies and manage specific client accounts as
• Collaborate with the Area Vice President to manage insurer relationships and secure favourable rates.
• Work with regional colleagues to leverage our regional

·        Leverage Technology and Work with Gallagher Centre of Excellence (GCoE)

• Manage the relationship with GCoE to enhance client service and process
• Ensure broking processes support sales tools like Gallagher Drive and Core
• Prepare reports to support business leadership in monitoring performance and

·        Document Management and Communication

• Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of documents, both hard and soft
• Handle telephone calls and queries, directing them to appropriate team members as

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any
• 5+ years of client service and/or insurance-related
• Property & Casualty Insurance Certification (CIP, ACII, or equivalent).
