About the role

Seeking an experienced Administrator to support our BMG Aviation Insurance Broking Team. As the Administrator, you will be engaged in data entry and document preparation as well as provide flexible support to the Insurance Brokers by assisting with account management and administration of clients’ insurance policies. This role will see you: 
  • Undertaking data entry of policy processing documents with speed, accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Obtaining further information for incomplete policy documents
  • Verifying policy data and correcting data where necessary
  • Provide timely and accurate administrative support with invoices; quotes; premium and adjustment calculations

About you

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
  • Very strong attention to detail with good processing and administrative skills
  • A driven, passionate professional who is an enthusiastic team player 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise work 
  • Experience in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Insurance experience preferred but not essential to be successful in this role
  • Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (preferred but not essential) or be prepared to complete (fully funded and supported by the business)
