What stands out to me most is how natural it feels to lean on each other. The team spirit and culture is unmatched. Everybody is here to help and support each other. You never hesitate to reach out. You can easily go to colleagues, ask questions, and get answers across so many different topics. Sometimes it is work related. Sometimes it is personal. And that openness makes a real difference.
That support is what gives me the motivation to go into the office each day and actually look forward to meeting and talking with my colleagues directly about our work.
