Your Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent with proven experience in an operational role with a track record of successful delivery of change
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage and motivate others
  • Successful in building effective relationships within and across teams
  • Analytical skills including working with MS office and other tools to produce MI reporting suites
  • Forward planning to anticipate future outcomes.  Comfortable with analysis and interpretation of data
  • Broad understanding of insurance / financial services business, including general management, functional areas
  • Strong management skills: use of communicating, negotiation, direct/indirect influencing strategies and techniques,
  • Strong judgment and effective decision-making, leading and influencing people and enthuse a strong team spirit
  • Deliver results
  • Eligible to work in the UK
