A rare opportunity to join our HR function has arisen. We're looking for an expert Senior HR professional to partner our organisation.

With a demonstrable track record within a commercial environment and an engaging, accepting attitude; you're key to our people strategy and success!

The client base is diverse as are your responsibilities. You are at the forefront of strategic HR goals and lead on a range of different projects and responsibilities.

Your Role:

  • Work with peers and colleagues across Learning and Development, Reward and HR Operations to drive the strategic implementation of streamlined HR initiatives. 
  • A Confident and ambitious commercial partner, happy to contribute to both strategic and tactical agendas. Embracing change, you lead the way in restructures, compulsory redundancies and voluntary severance schemes etc. Remember, you're our expert.
  • Improve our employee engagement processes by supporting the HR Director when presenting to the Exec Committee and Staff. You have a clear vision and believe in all aspects of employee engagement, a real ambassador for transformation.
  • Provide critical support to HR Business Partners throughout their careers and caseloads, your experience and deep knowledge of Employee Relations is appreciated.
  • Your role is dynamic mixing strategy and operational conduct. If you can drive strategy whilst making a real difference then we would love to speak to you. 


Your Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • You proudly have your Chartered MCIPD and are educated to degree standard or equivalent.
  • For us, it's key that you have substantial HR experience in a fast-paced environment. The grasp of insurance, broking and how we are regulated would be a huge advantage.
  • With a forward planning attitude, you're able to see opportunities and risks before they arise.
  • A demonstrable track record in managing transition successfully is important, as is experience of leading successful restructuring programmes.
  • With the highest degree of ethics, integrity and client focus; you join us with experience in looking after complex relationships using mentoring and feedback techniques as well as your outstanding communication skills.
  • Eligible to work in the UK
