Position Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst is an Independent Contributor role that reports directly to the CFO. You will lead the financial analysis and perform the financial modeling necessary to build strategies for margin expansion for all divisions of RPS.

 Essential Duties And Responsibilities

·    Collaborate with leadership to gain knowledge of the business and make recommendations to drive continuous improvement.

·    Creative thinker to influence leadership through data and analytics.

·    Ideal candidate will “think out of the box” to drive business forward.

·    Support all innovative initiatives for RPS through data, financial modeling and forecasting plan to achieve the greatest return on investment.

·    Investigate and uncover financial and operational trends.

·    Support CFO in monthly results prep, forecasting, special projects and other key initiatives

Required:

·    Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related discipline required with 5+ years of relevant work experience.

·    Strong financial modeling, analytical and interpersonal skills.


U.S. Eligibility Requirements

·    18 years of age or older.

·    Willing to submit to a background investigation, any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation.

·    Unrestricted work authorization to work in the U.S. For U.S. employment opportunities, Risk Placement Services, Inc. hires U.S. citizens, permanent residents, asylees, refugees, and temporary residents. Temporary residence does not include those with non-immigrant work authorization (F, J, H, or L visas), such as students in practical training status. Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill. RPS will require proof of work authorization.

·    Willing to execute RPS’ Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, which requires, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure.
