Job Description:

To support and manage the functions and purpose of the Customer Management Portal (CMP) and ancillary programs.  



  • Answer incoming emails from retail agents and/or RPS employees and provide support, direction or update applicable systems as needed.

  • Answer incoming calls from retail agents and provide support or direction as needed.

  • Troubleshoot login issues.

  • Report discrepancies, errors and issues with CMP site to supervisor

  • Process license and E&O submissions.

  • Identify and update “parent” and “child” agency relationships.

  • Identify and correct duplicate agency records.

  • Special projects as needed.

  • Set up Retail Agent Users (external)

  • Maintain/request W-9 forms

  • Standardization

  • Escalate issues/retailer requests to other team members, supervisor, or other RPS departments as needed.

Required Experience:

·       High school diploma or GED 

·       1+ years directly applicable experience 

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office 

·       Basic Math skills


Desired Qualifications:

·       Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred.   

·       Previous experience managing client relationships.
