Employment Status: Full Time

Job Locations: Brownsville, TX

Starting Pay: Based on education & experience

Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm (must be flexible to work non-traditional hours based on business need.)


  • Manage department, hire and train new additions to the department 

  • Provide workflow management and expert guidance to subordinates 

  • Assist Adjusters in identifying potential fraud claims in all lines of insurance.

  • Conduct investigation reports  in a timely manner and cost control

  • Monitor and report statistical information in SIU performance dashboards

  • Work Major Case Investigations, facilitate SIU/Claims roundtable meetings, analysis,   development of facts and evidence and coordination with outside SIU contacts, NICB, Industry, Trade groups and Departments of Insurance and/or law enforcement agencies.

  • Detect and deter insurance fraud   


  • Minimum 2 year college degree, Bachelors Preferred (or Equivalent law enforcement experience)

  • Current Texas Property and Casualty Adjuster License in Texas (other states a plus)

  • Minimum 3 years experience as an investigator & manager 

  • Familiar w/ fraud statutes: local, state, and federal

  • Self-starter with good analytical and problem solving skills

  • Willing to execute RPS’ Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement which requires, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure.
