KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Applicants must be ready and able to pass insurance licensing test or have a minimum of an active PL license (required for continued employment)

  • Computer literate with the ability to help customers and provide information in a friendly and courteous manner

  • Outgoing attitude with the ability to approach the general public to promote company

  • Must be able to help customers, provide information, and process payments quickly and attentively in a friendly positive manner.

  • Bilingual in English & Spanish, a plus.

  • Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills

  • Superior telephone etiquette

  • Ability to understand and respond clearly to the customer’s needs

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Maintain reliable transportation and an active drivers license

  • Availability to cover or permanently be assigned to other locations within a reasonable driving distance
