  1. Create scenarios in testing environment for the reporting aspect from various departments

  2. Learn the pronto process from each department’s perspective and connect with Beyontec       

  3. Testing that information between reports and system is accurate

  4. Provide weekly/ monthly/ quarterly status of tested reports and progress %

  5. Attend ITS Calls, create tickets and proactive follow up to closure

  6. Update Daily the Reporting Dashboard/Tracker

  7. Coordinate with each department that reporting requirements are met

  8. Build new reports for various departments in Tableau

  9. Collaborate with existing tasks of the reporting team

  10. Gather data on industry trends, market changes, demographic information, competitor profiles (including breakdowns of in-force, written premium, claims, policy fee, LAE) and potential geographic.

  11. Update monthly company reports through Google Docs.

  12. Testing that reports are properly function after launching

  13. Provide weekly/ monthly/ quarterly status of tested reports and progress %

  14. Provide weekly/ monthly/ quarterly status of Tableau reports and progress %

  15. Provide weekly/ monthly/ quarterly status of Espress reports and progress %

  16. Proper Understanding of Business Processes to provide reporting feedback if needed

  17. Understand Espress Software to Build Base Reports

  18. Configure, update, and use SQL Queries for reporting and analytics

  19. Lead any internal data requests. Be able to work with co-workers to complete requests and ensure timely delivery.

  20. Responsible for consistently presenting a professional and respectable demeanor to all external entities.

  21. Create and update monthly reports for various departments to facilitate their reporting needs.

  22. Promote an environment of excellence and accountability within the firm by improving operational efficiencies.

  23. Support business development efforts and insure proper communication and coordination between various groups.

  24. Regularly meet with system programmers to coordinate any changes needed to the software system to comply with regulation, improve efficiency, or to address any inaccuracies within the system.

  25. Regularly reviews current technology to automate various parts of organization reporting.

  26. Ensures compliance with corporate guidelines and regulatory requirements.

  27. Work with actuarial analysis and internal entities on rate comparisons and rate filings.

  28. Lead and coordinate any internal projects assigned.

  • Support operation by identifying and creating key informational reports needed for various departments

  • Identifying sales and loss ratio trends

  • Automation of manual processes

  • Timely submission, expansion, and accuracy of current reporting

U.S. Eligibility Requirements:
