JOB DESCRIPTION: FRANCHISE BUSINESS CONSULTANT


OVERVIEW

The Franchise Business Consultant is responsible for driving sales operation initiatives and achieving overall sales and profitability results to impact the long term success for our Franchise Partners.


Job Details:

Employment Status: Full Time

Job Locations: MGA, Texas

Travel Required: up to 80%


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieves financial and operational results through effective oversight of operational programs and initiatives.

  • Assists Franchise Partners with establishing individual business plans, that support system goals.

  • Completes regular Franchise Partner visits and KPI reviews.

  • Provides exemplary business consulting services to Franchise Partners to drive their success and shared results

  • Works as needed with cross-functional teams to launch and achieve targeted results for operations programs and initiatives

  • Builds respected and trusting business relationships with the Franchise Partners

  • Provides business consulting to the franchisee to maximize growth and profitability

  • Primary point of contact and brand representative for our Franchise Partners

  • Develops, maintains and implements Franchise training and communication programs

  • Maintains the integrity of the Pronto brand through effective leadership, coaching and communication

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

  • 2-3 years of multi-unit franchise operations and/or insurance industry experience

  • Strong ability to build relationships, effectively communicate and positively influence business partners to achieve results

  • Ability to travel 80% of time

  • Strong financial acumen, analysis/problem solving, negotiating and influencing skills

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, develop and direct business partners to successfully exceed key objectives

  • Demonstrated track record for flexibility and urgency in prioritizing and organizing projects

  • Possesses a high degree of drive with a proven track record of achieving results

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google platforms

  • Bilingual English & Spanish (Highly preferred)
