Education and Experience Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of current Financial experience, either in a stand-alone company or divisional Director with P&L responsibility in an $400M+ division of a relevant industry sector parent company
  • Deep understand of the GAAP knowledge
  • A minimum of a BS; MBA preferred; CPA required
  • Insurance Industry-related experience strongly preferred
  • Mergers and acquisition experience preferred
  • Growth-minded Financial and control – mind-set and experience with business development to enter new channels of distribution, verticals, and other organic growth opportunities.
  • Operations experience with lean, six sigma methodologies used in manufacturing, a plus
  • Personal qualities: Assertive & self-directed, hands-on leader, who can both develop and effectively implement improvement strategies, entrepreneurial, self-starter, have a sense of urgency, thrive on change and solving problems, with flawless execution to deliver results.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
