Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or a related field and 5 years experience delivering eCommerce solutions and software development

  • Or Master’s Degree in computer science or related fields and 3 years experience delivering eCommerce solutions and software development

  • Proven SEO experience and Analytics experience including setting up GA/GTM using data layer. Google certifications preferred.

  • Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.

  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

  • Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)

  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

  • In-depth knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and SQL.

  • Working knowledge of version control tools such as Git.

  • Aware of popular development platforms such as Angular and Ionic and understand the advantages and disadvantages they possess to other platforms and frameworks 

  • Competent in web services integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)

  • Experience with CICD environments such as Jenkins

  • Ability to develop complex products using agile methodology(Scrum or Kanban)

  • Some type of Scrum certification

  • Experience with project management software like JIRA a plus

  • Working knowledge of tableau desktop.

  • Manage the execution of social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification

  • Successful background in the sales commission/ bonus space

  • Strong initiative and demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and levels

  • Ability to simplify the complex

  • Must be able to create plans that can be adaptable to unforeseen changes or challenges in schedule/budget/resources

  • Must have a positive attitude: looking for solutions when there are problems, and opportunities when things are going well

  • Having a good sense of humor would be an asset

  • A high energy individual with success in influencing others

  • A team player, comfortable with ambiguity and deadline pressures

  • A business mindset that is open to new ideas and approaches to solving problems

  • The confidence to explore new areas that have applicability to the business

  • Experience in managing sales teams

  • Able to travel up to 25%
