Commercial Sales Manager

E&O policy

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue and profitability by sourcing and developing new business using a combination of leads, networking, prospecting, referrals and regular cold calls.

  • In developing a new book of business, a high volume of personal calls, emails and visits is necessary.

  • Liaison between District and Agency Managers plus Independent Agents.

  • Become an active member of the community to nurture leads and business

  • Manages daily commercial quotes for all customers thru difference carriers and registers transactions in an Agency Management system to maintain the book of business of Pronto.

  • Coordinates with Insurance companies and Brokers, Pronto Insurance license appointment.

  • Coordinates with Accounting the payments to Insurance Companies or brokers of sold policies.

  • Ensures that all contracts and binding procedures are followed and executed in a professional manner and according to UW guidelines.

  • Prospects and obtains new business for Pronto and through the Pronto sales force. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

  • Requires a high degree of professional integrity, ethics, and confidentiality.

  • Responsible for developing sales reports as needed.

  • Will coordinate lead commercial agents in territories.

  • Additional duties as assigned.

  • Experience in delivering a sales statement of value, probing questions, describing features and selling the benefits of a product, rebuttals and other sales techniques.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred

  • Must be bilingual

U.S. Eligibility Requirements:
