Position Summary
Primarily focused on providing leadership and oversight as well as developing, planning, and organizing cross functional teams to implement customer programs as stated in proposals. 

Key responsibilities include:
  • Directing implementation assignments & Account Management special requests/projects
  • Managing alignment on client expectations & consistently delivering on commitments
  • Coordinating communications, both internal and external.
  • Attends client meetings with Producer, Account Manager, carrier, & broker. 
  • Manages implementation marketing & training material library
  • Training for Implementation Management, Account Management, AE, & IT.
  • Oversees Capacity & Pipeline Management;
  • IT & Run-in oversight & product enhancement management.
  • Leads & directs other implementation managers.   
  • Client facing from prospect through implementation and program readiness for new clients. 
  • Manages new program set ups and participates in RFP planning, prospect presentation, timeline management and coordination of all new client requirement communication to ensure timely delivery, training, and comms.  
  • Participates as a key member of the sales presentation team for large national accounts. 
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree and 8 years related experience required.  
  • Excellent communication, organizational, negotiation, and time management skills.    
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.  
  • Travel required (25%).
Preferred: 
  • Master’s degree or professional certification preferred.  
  • More than five years’ experience in a supervisory or management role desired.

U.S. Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be willing to execute Gallagher's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement which requires, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure
