  • Technical knowledge in general insurance claims management and/or workers compensation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Relationship and influencing skills
  • Experience in designing, coaching and facilitation training
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Must be flexible, adaptive and ability to work autonomously
  • A love of learning, mentoring and a desire to continually develop yourself
