The Person


In this leadership role, our ideal candidate will have:  

  • Two + years’ experience working within claims management/weekly compensation calculations
  • Ability to motivate and run a team successfully to cooperate and achieve KPIs
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and not be afraid to get ‘hands on’
  • First-rate time management skills and the ability to work at pace
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency with applications
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

We’re looking for someone who loves being a part of a wider team that helps support injured Kiwis get back to work.   You will be reliable and punctual, and have a genuine passion for developing others.
