REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent in relevant areas of study
  • 1 – 2 years relevant experience
  • Advanced computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; specifically Excel
  • Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients of all backgrounds
  • High degree of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven ability to direct and supervise a staff of up to 8 Associates
  • Good organization skills
  • Flexibility and open to changing priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience with an Agency or Carrier reviewing commercial insurance policies for E&O or policy coverage issues
  • 1 + years of experience directly supervising a team

 

WORK TRAITS:

·          Strong people and process management experience

 

U.S. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Temporary residence does not include those with non-immigrant work authorization (F, J, H or L visas), such as students in practical training status. Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill. Gallagher will require proof of work authorization
  • Must be willing to execute Gallagher's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, which require, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure
