How will I contribute to the business?

As the Wellbeing and Engagement Consultant, you will provide strategic guidance on topics related to workplace wellbeing and corporate engagement. You will supports the sales process and plays an active role on the sales team as you provide innovation and thought leadership. You will work with a regional business team and collaborate with other consultants working throughout the country.

  • You design wellbeing strategies for a range of client sizes/ populations
  • You create strategic direction and prepare content for both internal and external use
  • You host client meetings, manage calls, and participate in prospect presentations
  • You build innovative client solution and understand how to market those for specific employee populations
  • You connect the dots between your work and our other practice areas where we might provide new value to our client, i.e. communications, actuarial, or retirement
  • You participate as a key contributor to the Global Practice; designing key deliverables to share with the team

What are my daily responsibilities?

  • You draft statements of work, project plans, and proposals for onsite clinic consulting
  • You review proposals for your client group and manage all consulting fees and services being delivered to clients across the country
  • You contribute to new business opportunities for onsite clinic work with both new and current clients
  • You conduct clinical assessments of health management and onsite clinic programs (disease management, utilization management, wellbeing, etc.).
  • You lead our clients through our 3-step approach: Strategy, Analysis, and Implementation
  • You lead onsite clinic vendor selection, procurement, and implementation
  • You produce accurate, high impact wellness reporting
  • You will mentor lower level staff, but will not have formal supervisory responsibility

Do I have what it takes to be considered?

  • Bachelor's degree; 6 years’ professional experience (preferably in a health related field -nursing, exercise science, exercise physiology, kinesiology, public health, health promotion, risk management/insurance, organizational development or business)
  • Willingness/Ability to travel domestically, up to 50%
  • Experience working with health clinics, Employee Benefits, Communication, Engagement and Wellbeing Vendors, and Health Insurance Carriers
U.S. Eligibility Requirements:

Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill. Gallagher will require proof of work authorization.
