Position Summary:

Provides administrative and secretarial support to one or more mid-level professionals. Provides a wide variety of administrative and staff support services.  This will include a combination of receptionist and site coordination responsibilities.  This may include but are not limited to: management of site vendors, ordering and maintaining supplies, executing employee engagement events, etc.   Will assist in the preparation and control of employee access badges, new hire records, personnel changes, etc.  May serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, personnel, facilities and operations. 

 

Essential Duties:

  • Provide daily receptionist support for the front desk/lobby.
  • Serve as the administrative liaison for supply, facility, and other types of vendors.
  • Order, maintain, and stock office supplies as needed.
  • Execute site level employee engagement events and activities.
  • Process bills and invoices for the site.
  • Maintain a calendar of events and serve as a site point of contact for visitors, guests, and other events.


 
Required:
  • High school diploma
  • Two or more years experience providing administrative support in a professional environment 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications

U.S. Eligibility Requirements:

Temporary residence does not include those with non-immigrant work authorization (F, J, H or L visas), such as students in practical training status. Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill. Gallagher will require proof of work authorization
  • Must be willing to execute Gallagher's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement which require, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure
