The Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for assisting in the management and oversight of AJGs global liquidity and investing as well as providing support for cash operations. Reporting directly into the Senior Manager Global Treasury of Global Cash Management, you will have the opportunity to lead projects and learn from some of the strongest leaders on the treasury team.

How you will impact the business?

  • Assist with execution of strategies establishing global treasury and finance operations solutions
  • Collaborate with the Treasury Operations team, IT, financial institutions, and the Treasury System vendor (Kyriba) on new business initiatives, bank related services, and operational improvements
  • Build and maintain static data, user accounts and roles as requested, maintain user permissions, including documentation of any completed updates
  • Identify improvements for treasury controls and visibility
  • Complete user access reviews and control reports
  • Assist Treasury user and steady state support with UAT testing
  • Assist steady state support with any maintenance of linked interfaces to other systems and management of any export and import of data from external sources
  • Schedule and perform training with our external partners at Kyriba
  • Working with senior leaders to plan and implement changes in user access and hierarchy, system configurations, enhancements, system upgrades, and road mapping for future development
  • Inform end-users of any changes, issues, enhancements, and any scheduled maintenance/system outages or disaster recovery testing
  • Design and implement new reporting and dashboards
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics and 4 years related experience required. 
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.  
  • Experience with treasury systems. 
  •  Proficient at navigating banking portals

Preferred skills:

  • Experience with Kyriba
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment and to multitask
