Required: 
  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years experience required in an analytical role and/or international benefits. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Office Products. 
  • Knowledge of database systems and their functionalities. 
  • Excellent communication skills written and oral. 
  • Skillful research abilities.
Preferred: 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in business, accounting, finance, or human resources.  
  • Microsoft Excel expertise.  
  • Knowledgeable in using various analytical approaches to problem solving.
  • Specialized knowledge in a global region (Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA); Asia/Pacific; Latin America) strongly preferred.  
  • Exposure to Finance, Tax, and Legal. Fluency in foreign languages desirable.  
  • Client account management experience.  
  • Work history in some sector of the insurance industry.

U.S. Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be willing to execute Gallagher's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, which require, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure.
