The purpose of this role is to effect a monthly program of internal compliance audits across Gallagher’s Australian broking business.  Responsibilities will include:

•    Execution of a monthly Client File Review Program
•    Communication of Client File Review findings to brokers
•    Co-ordination of monthly activities with the dedicated support team located in the Gallagher Service Centre 
•    Management of audit data through the Protecht Risk Management System
•    Identifying and analysing risks identified through conduct of the Client File Review program
•    Developing and delivering training to remediate findings
•    Production of reports detailing program activities and results
•    Maintaining Client File Review program documentation; and
•    Effectively implementing change as and when required to ensure that the Client File Review Program remains current and fit for purpose


This is a great opportunity and to be considered, we are seeking:
•Proven compliance and/or internal audit or assurance experience in the Financial Services industry will be advantageous
• Reporting and presentation capability
• Ability to develop effective working relationships across the business with good influencing skills. 
• Strong attention to detail; ability to work independently and report on work areas and ability to escalate as appropriate
• Experience working within a fast paced corporate environment with excellent organisational skills
