The Senior HR Business Partner coaches, supports, advises all leaders and employees within their client group to drive performance, growth and help to promote a progressive culture across the business. 

About the role:

  • Act as a trusted partner and advisor with strong stakeholder management skills to deliver results
  • Develop and align people strategies for your business areas
  • Drive HR initiatives while coaching and advising leaders through change
  • Manage all HR activity ranging from enquiries; change management and restructures; workforce planning; performance management; sometimes complex employee relations issues wellbeing; health and safety; employee engagement; merger and acquisition activity; remuneration; legislative requirements and Award impacts; employee development; talent and succession.

You will need to demonstrate similar experience (6+ years) as a HR Business Partner/Senior HR Business Partner with end to end generalist experience. You will be able to demonstrate working autonomously; have strong influencing skills when delivering people solutions; and an ability to flex your style to different stakeholders. Commercially focused experience within a sales and/or Insurance environment will be highly regarded.
