Do you have a knack for building and implementing operational improvements and reporting efficiencies? Do you want the opportunity to make your mark on Gallagher by performing strategic analyses to provide to leadership? As a Senior Financial Analyst joining Gallagher divisional FP&A team, you will make an impact within our branches to streamline financial reporting and operations and drive growth.

What will you do?

  • Analyze and develop revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations
  • Consult and build partnerships with financial analysts across branches to impact and improve their performance
  • Build and analyze accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
  • Distinguish trends and developments across the industry to present to senior leadership
  • Lead financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts

What do you need?

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years experience
  • Strong Excel and financial management software skills

What's considered a "Nice to Have"?

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CMA or CFA preferred
  • Industry experience
