We’re interested in hearing from people who possess:

  • At least 3 years of Claims experience in public liability/Health liability and/or professional indemnity Industry specific ANZIIF qualifications (desirable)
  • Bachelor of Law Degree and /or Industry related Qualifications will be held in high esteem.
  • Strong exposure to Claims involving the Local Health District and/or complex claims management within the Health/medical malpractice space
  • Complex claims management within Malpractice.
  • Flexibility and receptivity to change
  • Focused on customer / client
  • Negotiation skills
  • Customer Centric approach coupled with Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • PC literate – Database and Microsoft Office
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Team player and Collaborative approach.
  • Experience in relationship building and stakeholder management;
  • Strong business acumen;
  • Flexibility and receptivity to change
