What we are looking for:
  • Worker’s Compensation (or Personal Injury) Claims experience within Australia or New Zealand (Mandatory);
  • Strong attention to detail with proven ability to follow systems and processes to ensure compliance is met;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels;
  • Proven Customer focused work ethic;
  • Strong decision making skills with the ability to provide innovative solutions;
  • Leadership capability with the ability to inspire and motivate a team;
  • A strong sense of accountability with the ability to deliver what is promised;
  • Ability to be adaptable and flexible to change.
