At Gallagher, our national and local operations teams play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of our branches around Australia.  Due to internal movements, we have an exciting opportunity to join our National Operations team as a Team Administrator based in our East Melbourne office.

The Role:
Supporting the National Operations Manager this role will be varied with exposure across the national business.  As the Team Administrator you will:

  • Support the National Manager in delivering Operational Excellence across the business
  • Be first line support to the local operations teams across Australia
  • Organise national operations meetings and prepare meeting documentation
  • Collate content and prepare monthly newsletters
  • Administration support which includes expenses and travel arrangements
  • Creating and preparing various reports, presentations and documents
  • Organising and supporting meetings, client visits, events in the office etc.
  • Administration support which includes expenses and travel arrangements
  • Participate in ad hoc projects

  • Demonstrated administration and customer service experience
  • An eye for detail and process improvement 
  • Strong organisational skills 
  • Exceptional computer stills including Microsoft word, excel and power point
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible, positive, “can do” attitude 
  • Previous insurance experience not required
