Objective:


To streamline sales operations- allowing producers to focus on getting appointments, moving prospects through the pipeline & closing more business, faster & more efficiently.


Primary Responsibilities:


Sales Support & Collateral

·        Develop RFP/Proposal responses to about 90%- allowing producers to personalize to their prospect, utilizing Qvidian software.


·        Develop and maintain RFP library & templates.


·        Responsible for ensuring brand and Gallagher value prop is properly aligned with local sales collateral, working closely with regional marketing manager.


·        Leverage library of finalist/meeting resources for custom needs – includes placemats, PPTs and any other deliverable needed for specific presentations; engage marketing resource when new collateral is required.

·       Serve as liaison to ART department when one-to-one collateral development is needed.


Strategy

·        Prospect research (pre-meeting) to supplement GSC data enrichment- especially for RFPs

·        Synthesize corporate initiatives/ tools & utilize corporate Marketing Support fully- communicating & making all resources available to producers

·        Identify & implement tools that streamline sales processes

·        Understand Gallagher vertical/niche strategy and align with branch initiatives


Business Analysis & Meeting Support


·        Develop PowerPoints for sales meetings

·        Support branch manager with meeting materials, reports and follow-up, including review of pipeline opportunities and gaps, white space opportunities and gaps and leaderboard reports

·        Review sales enrichment opportunities monthly and provide recommendations on process improvement and execution on data

·        Review branch business plan monthly and provide status update on initiatives

·        Develop strategies to use LinkedIn as part of networking and prospect development

·        Manage internal communications (at direction of branch manager) specific to sales initiative

·        Support prospect/client events, as directed

·        Provide vendor management meeting support and guidance including vendor communication, meeting expectations and approving collateral and meeting agenda. Coordinate with support team for meeting management – room, invitation, meals, media, etc.


Training 


Provide local producer trainings to include Salesforce management, prospect & campaign management, RFP process, LinkedIn, data enrichment, etc.


SalesForce Administration & Sales Enrichment Support

·        Provide Producer training specific to Salesforce, data enrichment tools, campaign management, etc.


·        Salesforce Office Champion; responsibilities include:

  •         Provide new and ongoing user training & support
  •         Run weekly, monthly and annual reports
  •         Submit new case information to finance for appropriate set-up in xRM
  •         Ensure data integrity in Salesforce

·        Review monthly expiring opportunities and establish review process with producers


·        Review Pipeline Insights and other sales reports and provide analysis and insights to branch manager for follow-up 


·        Communicate and provide support on branch, regional and divisional campaigns including:


  •         Branch campaign execution
  •         GRL/GBS campaigns:  HCI, BIC, NBS


Required:
  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience required.
