Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6 years directly applicable experience in insurance or financial brokerage.
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications with key strengths in PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint. Strong leadership, negotiation and written communication ability.
  • Strong ability to drive efficiencies through collaboration and influence.
Desired:
  • Prior experience in a sales supervisory role preferred.

  • Able to collaborate with clients and key stakeholders to identify thought leadership and sales opportunities.  

U.S. Eligibility Requirements:
