Position Summary:
Working closely with the Vice President - Sales and Client Services Operations, the Sales & Client Services Associate will drive the development, implementation and measurement of performance improvement initiatives supporting GB’s Client Services and Sales organizations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Develop reports and prepare exhibits for management meetings; interpret and analyze data to support revenue and client retention goals. Develop ad hoc analysis as requested, utilizing information to identify performance gaps.
  • Support business functions and Executive Committees (e.g., client satisfaction analysis, monthly business reviews, governance meetings) by providing necessary data, reports and summaries of next steps.
  • Responsible for assembling project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedule to ensure timely completion of project.
  • Able to identify, execute and implement initiatives to achieve departmental goals.
  • Structure and present data in a compelling manner to support findings.
  • Prepare detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans and status reports. Can execute plans and drive projects effectively to conclusion.
  • Assist the Vice President - Sales and Client Services Operations with special projects as requested.


  • Self-motivated individual able to successfully lead projects, including issue identification, data analysis and documenting/presenting findings.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking.
  • Intermediate to advanced skill level with MS Excel and PowerPoint (2010 or later); working knowledge of other MS Office products.
  • Well organized with excellent communication and writing skills. 
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong structured problem-solving skills.
  • Very poised and persistent in aggressively – but professionally – working with others to complete assignments.
  • Knowledge of insurance and claims management are pluses, but not required.  A desire and ability to learn Gallagher Bassett’s business over time through training and work experience is expected.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ or more years related experience
