Your Responsibilities

  • You will be  in charge of our document quality control. This means casting your expert eye over things like formatting, proofreading and vetting the content of various documents. You are here to implement Brand Guidelines and meet our regulatory requirements.
  • We will also need your help when preparing client project proposals, sending certain email communications and of course, general office duties.
  • You will have a varied range of tasks to complete each day, we're keen to have your input and guidance, to us, your opinion really matters. You're a very important part of our team.
  • Spending part of your busy day co-ordinating training courses, you speak to our trainers and delegates to check they have everything they need before the course starts. Your positivity and dedication is truly appreciated.
  • We need your organisational skills to book meeting rooms and help to make catering arrangements. It's your natural ability to think about the needs of others that makes you our standout colleague.
  • You lead the way with the Online Risk Management system, you're our 'super user' this means you are our subject matter expert and help with any queries.
  • Inputting data onto the Risk Management internal fees database on a monthly basis. It's important to make sure that this is accurate and kept updated.
  • We’re willing to train the right person. For us, it’s about getting the right attitude and team fit.

Your Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent is desirable but not essential if you're able to talk us through other relevant experience you have.
  • You're naturally organised, confident using Microsoft packages, typing and talking on the phone. You'll liaise with colleagues and clients at all levels so your communication skills will need to be top-notch.
  • Excellent problem solving skills, diplomacy, tact and empathy. You also thrive when managing complex and highly confidential information. You're more than happy working autonomously and across multiple tasks.
  • Numerate with the ability to present and analyse data.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
