Return to Work Specialist

We’re interested in hearing from people who possess:

• Recent experience within worker’s compensation agents or personal injury industry as a Return to Work Coordinator / Manager, Case Manager, or Occupational Rehabilitation Provider
• An understanding of common injuries, treatment options and medical terminology
• Experience in managing complex Return to Work cases through early identification of Return to Work barriers and implementation of effective strategies
• Experience with facilitating Return to Work for workers with a psychological injury is desirable
• Excellent customer service skills
• Tertiary qualification in appropriate discipline such as Allied Health or WHS, and / or demonstrated experience in a similar role will be held in high regard
