Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Risx-Facs / Risxfacs.com / Risxfacs.net

  • Setup and maintain auto acknowledgment requests
  • Setup and maintain internal / external user security
  • Assist with reviews of internal /external user security
  • Assist with training and demonstrations as required
  • Assist with reviewing / testing new features / enhancements
  • Assist in rolling out new features / processes / enhancements
  • Assist with data transfer projects
  • Be the first point-of-contact on the Risxfacs.com Helpdesk
  • Update the Risxfacs.com User Guide

Risx-Facs Reports

  • Review all requests for data and reports from Risx-Facs
  • Responsibility for production of regular Risx-Facs reports on behalf of external users
  • Responsibility for production of Risx-Facs reports to support audit/fee invoices
  • Assist internal / external users with setting up customised reports
  • Be the first point-of-contact for reports requested via GBIS

Business Improvement

  • Provide support for business application and process queries
  • Develop / enhance procedures for use of business applications and databases
  • Assist in research / testing of business applications and processes
  • Assist in training users on business applications and processes 


  • Assist in projects as required 


Additional Considerations:


Knowledge Required:

  • SQL Query Knowledge
  • Experience in the Insurance Industry
  • Experience with Cognos Preferred (Query Studio, Event Studio, Report Studio)
  • Experience in Project Management

Skills/Qualifications Required:

  • Advanced Excel Skills 
  • VBA Skills 
  • Logical Thinker
  • Attention to Detail
  • A in A-Level Maths or higher
