As a member of our global brokerage team, you’ll help our clients address risk, protect assets and recover from losses.

As Gallagher's Regional Marketing Manager you will have the ability to build and activate marketing strategies and campaigns. Focused primarily on driving organic growth opportunities, you will create and execute measurable regional marketing strategies, campaigns and events to support our sales goals. You'll have the opportunity to develop strategies and oversight of key marketing activities and programs related to regional sports partnerships and events, including event management, advertising, public relations and social media.

This role will work closely with our Corporate partnership teams and will be responsible for the successful strategy and implementation of partnership marketing at the local and regional level using corporate marketing resources and expertise (brand, internal agency, media relations, etc.) You will also support marketing campaign development and plans in support of key industry specializations.

This position will require travel in California and Pacific Northwest (post-Pandemic in accordance with Gallagher Corporate Travel policy)

How will you impact the business?

  • Develop and implement sports partnership and event marketing plans to support sales and corporate objectives
  • Build and deploy lead generation campaigns based on regional sales strategies and industry expertise
  • Conduct local competitive and industry analysis
  • Draft creative and project briefs
  • Track and measure effectiveness of marketing efforts in driving sales, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI
  • Act as primary point of marketing contact for new merger partners within the Region
  • Expand cross-marketing opportunities - encouraging greater learning, communication and sharing of ideas across the Gallagher marketing community

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing communications or similar field 
  • 7 or more years related experience
