Do you have what we need?

  • You have fully rounded expertise across the full recruitment lifecycle. This is likely to have been gained in-house or in an RPO environment. You have demonstrable skills in managing recruitment projects full cycle.
  • Change Management expertise
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent.
  • Experience with SMCR would be desirable but not essential.
  • A self-starter with deep knowledge of Direct Sourcing Recruitment, Best Practice and a solid background in implementing both. You are keen to show us exactly how you have previously developed processes and procedures within challenging timeframes.
  • With an innovate approach you work collaboratively with people at all levels. You love to manage multiple projects and priorities and are never happier than when things are busy. You have excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills which nicely complement our team.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Visio and Outlook is helpful too. Eligible to work in the UK, you're happy to travel to core GBS locations when needed.
