Position Summary:

Leads research and recruiting activities on behalf of our clients. Supports client consultant in driving all aspects of the research/search process including managing the execution and direction of research; search strategy development; position specification development; candidate interviews, assessment and presentation. 

Responsibilities include: 
  • Mapping role criteria, defining position description and document specifications; 
  • Identifying prospective candidates through targeted company research, industry sources/networking, relevant prior searches and internal sources
  • Conducting in-depth phone interviews to qualify prospective candidates against position requirements and key competencies and attract qualified candidates to the client assignment.  
  • Entails element of business development and referrals of new business. 
  • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience required. 
  • Strong working knowledge of employment laws and regulations. 
  • Experience with database/CRM management.
Preferred:
  • Advanced degree highly desirable, but not required.  
  • Experience in retained search or corporate talent acquisition is preferred.

U.S. Eligibility Requirements:

Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill. Gallagher will require proof of work authorization.
  • Must be willing to execute Gallagher's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, which require, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure.
