Do you get a real kick knowing that you've got everything in the right order? We are seeking a highly efficient and dynamic Receptionist.


It's a busy and dynamic role which provides a fresh challenge for you daily; from answering calls and speaking to clients, dealing with multiple queries. You'll will be accurate and take pride in your work as getting things right first time is important to us.


Your Role:

  • You will provide administrative support, taking and placing calls whilst playing an instrumental part in the team, you will be helpful and ensure a friendly image of our business
  • Provide a friendly environment to greet visitors and colleagues alike, perform receptionist duties to the best of your ability, making sure you're watching out for the finer details.
  • You handle all general office duties every day. You'll oversee the sorting and organising the post, ordering office supplies, scanning & photocopying to name a few.
  • You'll meet and greet clients, arrange refreshments and catering and deliver an effective and friendly experience. - This is where your organisational skills and high attention to detail will really support your success.
  • You will constantly strive to improve the service to all that you come in to contact with. Actively proposing improvements that you know will make a real difference and implementing them when approved.

Your Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, we would love if you have knowledge of switchboard/booking systems. MS office proficiency is important.
  • You are happy and capable of building solid relationships with colleagues and external customers. Your aim is to provide a high quality and dedicated service by remaining calm, patient and polite.
  • You're as committed as we are and have a flexible approach, working calmly and effectively under pressure with excellent organisational skills. You've the highest level of integrity.
  • Do you have a sense of pride and achievement when you've completed all outstanding tasks? Our busy office does require you to focus on your workload and handle your time effectively.
  • You are eligible to work in the UK
